Greetings!
I extend my deepest gratitude to all esteemed members of the Central District Court Bar Association (CDCBA) for reposing your trust and confidence in me by electing me as the President of this distinguished Bar Association at the Rouse Avenue District Court Complex, Delhi.
It is both an honour and a privilege to serve in this capacity. I am equally thankful for the collective wisdom demonstrated by the Bar members in electing a dedicated and distinguished Executive Committee. Each member of this Founding Executive Committee embodies the spirit of integrity, commitment, and service, and I am immensely proud to stand alongside them. Together, we embark on a journey to uphold the ideals of justice, strengthen the Bar, and advance the professional and institutional values.
I assure the esteemed members of the Bar that every commitment made by us shall be fulfilled with sincerity and determination. Our Executive Committee is resolute in its purpose and shall earnestly strive to realise the vision enshrined in our Association’s motto—"सर्व भूता हिते रतः", which translates to “Devoted to the welfare of all.” This guiding principle shall remain at the heart of all our endeavours.
It has always been my sincere effort to foster a personal bond with each one of you. As we move forward, our Executive Committee remains committed to being by your side—not only in times of joy, but also during moments of challenge and distress.
With your continued blessings and unwavering support, it shall be our earnest endeavour to serve the Bar with dedication—actively, vigilantly, and transparently. In the discharge of my responsibilities, I shall greatly value your continued support, insightful suggestions, and wholehearted cooperation. Your guidance is not only welcomed—it is indispensable.
As the Founding Executive Committee of the CDCBA, we recognize the magnitude of the responsibilities before us. There is much to be established, and many milestones to be achieved. Among our foremost priorities are:

Fostering unity among members of the legal fraternity;

Establishing essential facilities for the convenience and dignity of Advocates;

Constituting a robust Advocates’ Welfare Fund;

Ensuring participatory and transparent governance; and

Promoting continuing legal education and professional development.
We are committed to laying a strong and progressive foundation for the CDCBA—one that reflects our collective aspirations and upholds the honour and integrity of the legal profession. The very name of our Bar Association begins with the word ‘Central’, and it is our resolve to give it its true essence—by making this Court a Central Institution of justice, professionalism, and integrity.
Our collective vision is to transform the Rouse Avenue District Court Complex into a Model Court Complex—an institution marked by its efficiency, dignity, and service to the legal community. Alongside, we aim to build a Bar Association that is not only well-regarded in Delhi, but also sets a benchmark for excellence beyond Delhi.
At the heart of our mission lies the welfare of the Bar. To that end, my Team and I are committed to being accessible, responsive, and accountable. We shall strive to be a Transparent, Effective, and Visible Voice of the Bar—one that echoes your concerns, safeguards your interests, and upholds the collective dignity of our profession.
The august Court to which this Association is attached stands proudly on the Deen Dayal Upadhyay Marg, and it is only appropriate that we draw inspiration from the life and philosophy of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Ji. Guided by his doctrine of ‘एकात्म मानववाद’—the philosophy of integral humanism—our Committee is committed to fostering unity, inclusiveness, and holistic progress. We shall spare no effort in ensuring that justice is not only done but is seen to be done—accessible, equitable, and delivered to even the very last person in the queue.
We draw further inspiration from the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, whose guiding principle—‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas’—resonates deeply with our mission.
In the spirit of this philosophy, our Team pledges to work for the collective upliftment of the legal fraternity, to strengthen the rule of law, and to contribute toward building a just society—one in which rights are protected, dignity is respected, and liberty is safeguarded for all.
Together, with your trust and involvement, we shall build an institution we can all be proud of. Let us work together to turn this vision into a lasting legacy.
