Q.1. From where & when can the CDCBA Membership Application form be obtained?

Ans. Forms can be obtained Monday to Friday, between 10:00am to 5pm (expect on holidays) from the Central Delhi Court Bar Association Office located in Utility Block, 1st Floor, Rouse Avenue District Courts, DDU Marg, New Delhi -110002

Q.2.  Can applicants download the application form from the website?

Ans. Yes, You Can Download Application Form from our Website's Download Section but downloaded forms will not be accepted. Applicants would be required to purchase the application form from the CDCBA Bar office.

Q.3. What is the membership fees?

Ans. Enrolment / Admission fee is as below – payable by way of cheque in favour of “Central Delhi Court Bar Association Admission Fee”
Admission / Membership fees Rs. 1000/- Yearly Subscription Rs. 1200/- (Total) = Rs. 2200/-

NOTE: Payment can be made through Cash / UPI (Paytm, Phonepay, G-Pay, BHIM) Cheque, M/Net-Banking

Q.4. How to pay the membership fees?

Ans. Payment can be made through Cash / UPI (Paytm, Phonepay, G-Pay, BHIM) Cheque, M/Net-Banking.

Q.5. What documents are required to be submitted with the application form?

Ans. The following is required:

SELF-ATTESTED COPIES OF :

  • Enrollment Certificate Issued By Bar Council of Delhi or Intimation Letter Issued By BCD Regarding the Enrollment.
  • Law Degree or Provisional Certificate.
  • Class 10th Certificate.
  • Aadhar Card/Voter Id Card.

Q.6. What are the different categories of membership, and how are they defined?

Ans: We have classified our members into the following categories based on their date of joining and specific conditions. for broader understanding, the different categories represent members as follows:

  • Founding Members: Individuals who became members on or before 31st May, 2024.
  • Secondary Members: Individuals who became members between 1st June, 2024, and 31st July, 2024.
  • Provisional Members: Individuals who took membership while their All India Bar Examination (AIBE) was still pending or not cleared at the time of joining.
  • New Members (from 15th April, 2025): Individuals who became members on or after 15th April, 2025.
