Seniority of advocates is determined by the date of enrollment with the Bar Council of Delhi, in accordance with Rule 2(a), Chapter VI, Part VI of the Bar Council of India Rules. Founder membership of the Bar Association is based on such seniority as reflected in the enrollment register of the Bar Council.
